Browse through our online catalogue and click on any designer watch that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. When you have made your selection, click on “checkout” You will then be asked to provide details so that we can process the order.
We try to process all orders, where possible, within 24 hours. Whilst most items will be despatched within one working day, please allow 3-5 working days for delivery within the UK. All orders purchased with Next day delivery option will be received by 1pm the following work day as long as we receive the order by 1pm Mon - Fri. Orders will take 5-10 working days for orders to Europe depending on delivery service selected. A postal tracking number will always be given upon request. However, should an item fail to be delivered by the delivery company in the usual time we will be unable to offer a refund or replacement until after 14 work days from the date of posting plus the amount of time required for the courier to investigate and class the item as lost. (30 days for international orders) as this is the official amount of time required by Royal mail to consider an item "lost"
Failed delivery due to fault of buyer:
Should a delivery be attempted but not delivered due to the fault of the buyer such as an incorrect delivery address being assigned to the order by the buyer or failure to collect the delivery from the local Royal Mail collection office in time, then item will be returned to us by Royal Mail. In such an event a standard fee of £9.99 we be charged to the buyer, This will be to cover our postal charge and admin. This is regardless of the delivery option chosen by the buyer. We would then attempt to have the item re-delivered.
We accept payment from all major Credit and Debit cards via our very safe and secure Sagepay payment system. We require all customers card transactions to pass the 3d secure card checks or else the order will be cancelled and the payment refunded to the card holders account. We also accept payment via Paypal. We will only deliver to the confirmed address on the buyers Paypal account.
Buyers from outside the UK please note several extra security checks may be carried out by us before processing your order: Orders made from outside the EU maybe cancelled at managers discretion.
At Timeselect, we want you to receive your purchase in the same great condition it left us. We use only good quality, new materials for packaging and take great care to insure that happens. No one takes better care of your purchases!
For UK mainland deliveries, postage will be free for standard delivery ( aim 2 - 3 work days) and £10.99 for next work day delivery (orders placed before 1pm) All prices include packaging and handling. All deliveries require a signature and are sent fully insured.
Overseas & non-mainland UK:
For overseas and non-mainland UK deliveries, postage will be charged at a fixed rate of £14.99 for standard delivery ( 5 - 10 days) and £16.99 for express delivery ( 3 - 5 days). This price includes packaging, insurance and handling. Overseas and non-mainland deliveries will normally be sent via airmail by DHL or Royal Mail International. All deliveries must be signed for.
Non European International orders are sent with a standard international delivery charge of £17.99
As per the 2014 Consumer Contracts Regulations the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receiving their order in which they can return the watch for a refund. The item must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving the order unused and in the same new condition as received including all boxes and protective plastic strap covering for hygiene purposes. If this protective plastic strap cover is removed then the watch is considered used and no longer hygienic for resale so can not be refunded or exchanged. Returns received back after 14 days will be returned to the customer and a return fee will be applied. The return postage costs are the buyers responsibility and is non-refundable. If the next day delivery service was selected then £10.99 will be deducted from the refund. If the watch is found to be returned in a used or non-acceptable condition then the watch will be returned to the buyer and a return fee will be applied. After the strap plastic has been removed and or 14 calendar days have passed the watch is then under our warranty which is in addition to the customers statutory rights. Any returns regardless of cause must be sent back to us by the customer. We are not able to arrange collection. If the watch should arrive damaged or the wrong watch was received due to our mistake then we will refund the cost of the return postage of up to £8.55 only. A service such as Royal Mail special delivery is recommended when returning a watch. Should the buyer decide to select another courier which is more than this amount then any amount over this limit will not be refunded.
Please note: Refunds can only be made back to the original card that was used for the transaction and will be refunded within 7 working days. If payment was made via Paypal then it will be refunded back to the same Paypal account.
In the rare event that your watch movement should develop a fault within 12 months from the date of purchase, please contact us for a returns form. We will then have the watch repaired free of charge provided the goods are returned to us in undamaged condition. Replacements are only possible if the watch arrives faulty and is returned to us with the protective strap plastic still attached. Once the protective strap plastic has been removed then the watch can only be repaired under warranty and not exchanged or replaced. Repairs will take between 2 - 3 weeks. We can not accept any returns unless we are notified by email first. (Please note that this 1 year warranty is a watch movement warranty and does not cover batteries (see below), any part of the watch that is missing, damaged or lost regardless of cause. Watch straps, stones and strap parts are covered for six months only as these are classed as wearable / serviceable parts. Also any damage caused by the user is not covered) If the warranty conditions are not met then it still may be possible to have the watch repaired, we do not profit from any watch repairs and will give the customer the best quote we can for the repair. Items returned to us that are lost or damaged in the post or that have been packed incorrectly are sent back at senders risk. We would therefore recommend that the sender uses an insured and trackable delivery method. All return postage costs are the buyers responsibility and is non-refundable. By placing an order with Timeselect the customer is agreeing to the above terms. Any item that arrives damaged by the courier need to be reported to us within 24 hrs.
All watch batteries come with a 6 month guarantee. We offer a battery fitting service for £12.99 this includes return postage costs. Watches that are returned to us as faulty but in fact just need a new battery will be charged at the above rate if past the battery guarantee period.
